Gary Clarke

Born in Barnsley in 1980, Gary trained at the Electric Theatre Studios and the Northern School of Contemporary Dance.

For the past 6 years Gary has been a member of Lea Anderson's The Cholmondeleys and The Featherstonehaughs. He has also worked with Adventures in Motion Pictures, Retina Dance Company, Javier De Frutos, Bock and Vincenzi, Phoenix Dance Company, Maresa Von Stocket and Tilted Co, Nigel Charnock and The Felix Ruckert Company.

In August 2004 Gary became the Artistic Director of Pit Fleur Company and received the Artist Development Award from Danceworks UK. His work has received critical and audience acclaim and has represented the UK at the Junga Hunda International Dance and Theatre Festival.

Gary has also created works for StopGAP Dance Company, Ascendance REP, Northern School of Contemporary Dance and Corridor Arts.

Gary has appeared in Angelmoth and Designer Body.
