Kit's first composed film score was well received at the Edinburgh Film Festival, and only a couple of years later his sixth film, Channel 4's documentary The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off, was winning major awards including an International Emmy and two BAFTAs. Since 2000 Kit has worked with choreographer Amanda Drago, both composing for dance performances and creating innovative, interactive light and sound installations for their company Falling Cat. Recent credits include: guitarist at the BBC Electric Proms with Maddy Prior; score and sound design for Northern Stars film academy; sound design and composition for Sunderland Aquatic Centre launch event; score for Wedding Addicts Channel 5 documentary; contributions to all aspects of Minsterllation for Shine winter festival, Sunderland.
