Originally from Leicestershire Helen began dancing aged five at her local dance school. Later she joined the Nottingham Centre for Advance Training as well as participating in two shows with Midland Theatre Ballet. She joined the BA course at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, where she worked with Gary Clarke Company, Darshan Singh Bhuller and Jasmin Vardimon Company.
Helen has joined balletLorent as an apprentice dancer under the PPS MA scheme at the Northern school of contemporary dance.
Apprentice dancers are postgraduate Northern School of Contemporary Dance (NSCD) students, who work with the company as a significant part of their MA in Contemporary Dance Performance course.
