Montaine began ballet at the age of 4.
She then trained later in the Regional Conservatoire of Annecy. In 2018 she joined the Foundation course at NSCD, and then the BA course where she worked with Ben Write, Douglas Thorpe, and Kiera Martin.
Montaine joined balletLORENT in 2024.
