A good warm up is vital to stay fit and healthy as a dancer.
Choose one of our shows and follow along as our dancers share some fun and creative ways to warm your body up.
Remember to stay safe! Make sure your dance space is clear and stop if you have any injuries.
Go at your own pace – you can stop and start the videos at any time, and go back if you missed any instructions or moves. Maybe even watch each video once before joining in so that you know what to expect. As well as videos you will also find written descriptions of each dance.
